Development support / Design

Prototypes
When it comes to prototype construction, we support our customers in the manufacture of samples and pre-production series in order to optimize function, geometry, and production processes. Thanks to short coordination channels, we enable rapid iterations and targeted further development until series production is ready to go.
Toolmaking
Our in-house toolmaking department manufactures precision punching and forming tools as well as fixtures according to customer specifications.
Working closely with our design and manufacturing teams, we quickly adapt and optimize tools to achieve the best results for the end products.
Punching technology
We use high-precision punching technology for functional metal components. Short setup times, modern servo technology, and flexible tooling solutions ensure consistent quality even for large quantities.
Forming technology
We offer forming processes for customized metal parts. With our modern hydraulic presses, we manufacture bent, drawn, and deep-drawn parts as well as complex customer-specific shapes—reliably, reproducibly, and tailored to design and toolmaking.
Welding technology
We combine stability and efficiency with state-of-the-art welding technology. Robot-assisted systems and specialized press welding processes enable reproducible connections for individual parts, assemblies, and series products.
Riveting and joining processes
We assemble metal components efficiently and precisely. Using proven riveting, bolting, and pressing processes, we create stable connections that meet the requirements of a wide variety of applications.
Assembly
We assemble individual parts into complete assemblies and ensure precise, durable connections. Flexible assembly stations and coordinated joining processes enable efficient production, reproducible quality, and industry-specific solutions for your metal components.
Surface technology
For optimum corrosion protection, the desired appearance, or special functional properties, we draw on a professional network of regional partner companies. This enables us to offer all common surface treatments for metal components.
Warehouse
